摘　　要：早泄已成为近年来临床上和广大患者关注的热点。现代医学认为,早泄是由身体异常或神经生理紊乱所导致的可能性大。中医认为,心神不宁,肾气不固,肝失疏泄是引起早泄的基本病机特点。因此宁心固肾疏肝应是基本治疗大法。胡海翔教授自拟经验方论治本病,临床验证有效,能够改善患者射精快,建立成功的性生活。Premature ejaculation has become the focus of attention in clinical and the majority of patients inrecent years. Modern medicine believes that it is caused by the possibility of a physical abnormality or a nervous and physiological disorder,while Chinese medicine believes unbalanced kidney and liver is the basic pathogenesis characteristics lead to premature ejaculation. Therefore,nourishing the heart,kidney and liver is the basic treatment method. Professor Hu Haixiang has rich experience in treating the disease,which is clinically proven effective and can improve patients＇ quality of sexual life.
