摘  要:伴随着新媒体应用的推广,"微时代"悄然到来,并逐渐影响着高校资助育人工作,资助育人的对象也产生的了新特征和变化。"微时代"的到来,对高校资助育人工作提出了新的要求。基于此背景,在总结上述现象的同时,着力研究"微时代"背景下的高校资助育人工作的路径研究,通过"八个微"剖析,从理论支撑创新,媒介载体创新,实践应用创新,管理模式创新等方面,研究高校资助育人工作的新路径,为资源优化配置,学生健康成长提供了可借鉴的模式,构建了构建互利共赢的多元资助育人生态系统。With the promotion of new media applications, " micro-era" came quietly,and gradually affect the funding of college education work,funding the object of education also generated new features and changes. " Micro-era" the arrival of college funding to educate people put forward new demands.Based on this background,this paper summarizes the above-mentioned phenomena,at the same time,focus on the "micro-era" background of the funding of education work path.Through the "eight micro" anti-analysis,related to the theoretical support innovation,media carrier innovation,practical application of innovation,management innovation.New Path of University funded educational work,in order to optimize the allocation of resources,healthy growth of students provides a reference model was constructed to build mutually beneficial multi-funded education ecosystem.
