摘  要:目的:获得高原小型制氧机产生振动和噪声的主要原因,降低制氧机的工作噪声,提高使用者的舒适性。方法:在半消声室内,测试"空压机-弹簧"系统的固有频率、制氧机壳体的固有频率、制氧机壳体的声振、弹簧减振装置的减振效果以及制氧机工作时的噪声,并对测试结果进行分析。结果:空压机、"空压机-弹簧"系统、制氧机壳体等均不会发生共振,空压机的工作噪声和壳板的振动是制氧机产生较大噪声的主要原因,可通过安装弹簧减振装置及粘贴吸声材料进行降噪处理。结论:经降噪处理后,该制氧机工作噪声只有44.3 d B(A),可满足医疗保健的使用要求。Objective To determine the main reasons for vibration and noise of plateau minitype oxygen generator, to reduce the operation noise and improve the comfort of user. Methods In a semi-anechoic room, the natural frequency of compressorspring system and shell, acoustic-vibration of shell, vibration damping effect of spring-damper system and noise of the oxygen generator were tested and analyzed. Results The resonance of compressor, compressor-spring system and shell did not happen, and the major reasons for noise of oxygen generator were air-compression pump noise and shell's vibration.Conclusion The oxygen generator has its operating noise being 44.3 dB(A) after noise reduction, and fulfills the requirements of healthcare.
