摘  要:目的:设计一种新型肠内营养液加热器,可自动调节肠内营养液达到适宜温度,使营养液更易于消化吸收,减少胃肠道不良反应。方法:加热器包括夹子式加热本体和温度控制系统2个部分。加热本体为加热装置,由前后2个面板组成;温度控制系统具有自动控制调节功能,由自动温控器、温度传感器、显示屏、报警装置等组成。结果:该装置加热效果良好、操作方便,可有效避免营养液温度出现过热或过冷等情况,进一步减少胃肠道并发症发生。结论:该装置设计简单、应用安全、效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To develop a novel heating device for enteral nutrition, which can be used for temperature self-adjusting in order to maintain suitable temperature and decrease adverse reaction. Methods The device was composed of a heating apparatus and an automatic temperature control system. The heating apparatus consisted of two plates, and the temperature control system was made up of automatic thermostat, temperature sensor, display screen, alarm unit and etc.Results The device was effective and easy to operate, and could avoid over-cooling or over-heating of the enteral nutrition to eliminate gastrointestinal complications. Conclusion The device gains advantages in design, safety and clinical effect, and thus is worthy promoting clinically.
