摘　　要：目的：为适应应急救治力量快速机动保障的需要,研制适合野战条件下使用的新型箱式托盘。方法 ：分析应急救治力量物资储运、展开、工作、撤收工作的形式,梳理卫生物资的外形特点与尺寸,创新结构设计,在标准托盘底部加装行走轮,在托盘上部设计可折叠框,在托盘集装化的前提下,实现物资轻便、快捷机动。结果：该托盘可实现零散物资的集装储存、库内的便捷移动和快速上下运输车;该托盘车载固定可靠,展开卸载后,还可作为短距转运工具使用。结论：该托盘轻便机动,适用范围广,可进一步提高物资应急保障能力。Objective To develop a box-type pallet to meet the requirements of rapid service support by the emergency medical unit. Methods The materials handling of the emergency medical unit was discussed from the aspects of storage,transport, deployment, operation and withdrawal, and the configurations and sizes of the materials were summarized. The wheels were installed under the pallet, and a folding frame was set above it. Results The pallet facilitated the scattered materials in containerized storage, convenient transport in the warehouse as well as uploading on or downloading from the vehicle, which could be used as a short-distance transport tool. Conclusion The wheeled pallet has high convenience,mobility and adaptability, and can enhance the materials handling ability in emergency support.
