摘　　要：目的:探讨医用电子直线加速器(以下简称"医用直线加速器")在实际应用中的质量状况,分析其使用中存在的问题,为质量管理提供科学依据。方法:依据JJG 589—2008《医用电子加速器辐射源》标准,对14家医疗机构医用直线加速器的应用质量进行现场检测,核查其质控设备和人员资质,并对检测结果进行分析。结果:各医疗机构医用直线加速器的初检合格率相差较大,总体仅为27.8%。经医疗机构质控人员和厂家工程师现场调试后,相关参数符合标准。各医疗机构的质控力量差别也较大。结论:各医疗机构应加强医用直线加速器的质量控制,完善质量控制设备的配备,定期查验设备性能状况,以保证放射治疗的精确执行。Objective To explore the quality of medical linear accelerator in practical application and the problems so as to provide references for quality management. Methods The quality of the medical linear accelerators in 14 medical facilities was detected in field conditions according to JJG 589—2008 Medical Electron Accelerator Radiation Source. The quality control devices and personnel in the facilities were checked, and the checking results were analyzed. Results The total qualified rate of the medical linear accelerators was only 27.8%, and the parameters met the standard after field adjustment by the quality control personnel and engineer from the supplier. The quality control forces were different in the medical facilities. Conclusion The medical facility has to enhance medical linear accelerator quality control and quality control device, and periodical detection of equipment performance contributes to the precision execution of radiotherapy.
