摘　　要：目的:提高国内医用救护车的制造水平,更好地为患者服务。方法:对欧美国家救护车从设计理念、配置布局、材料工艺等方面进行总结,并分析国内院前急救工作的特点及救护车的现状和存在问题。结果:国内医用救护车的发展必须顺应互联网发展的大环境,保持科学设计理念,转变传统思维模式,应用先进技术,借鉴国外救护车的标准和改装工艺,提高自身研发能力。结论:品牌标准化、智能信息化、救护车型专业化、医疗设备配置专业化将是救护车发展的趋势。Objective To improve the ambulance manufactured in China. Methods The ambulances in Euroupean and American countries were discussed from the aspects of design, layout, material, technique and etc, and the pre-hospital firstaid and ambulance in China were analyzed. Results The ambulance in China had to be developed with considerations on advanced design idea and technologies as well as the standard and modification technique of foreign ambulances.Conclusion The ambulance tends to be standardized, intelligent and specialized.
