摘 要:目的:研制一种基于层流技术的高净化手术车,以降低手术过程中的感染率,提高手术车内部洁净度。方法 :采用二类底盘上装厢式扩展车厢的结构形式,通过改进传统的空气净化方法,对整车进行微正压设计和密封结构设计,在车厢顶部安装层流罩装置,并在前后壁板设置回风口,保证手术区域的气流垂直向下定向流动。结果:通过CFD软件对车内的速度场和温度场进行分析,层流技术可以保证手术区域形成垂直向下的定向气流组织,使车内微环境指标满足要求。结论:层流技术可广泛应用于高净化手术车,有效提高整车的洁净等级,为高级别手术提供环境保障。Objective To develop a highly purified surgical vehicle to reduce the infection rates during surgery and improve the air cleanliness inside the compartment of operation vehicle. Methods The vehicle was formed with a secondary chassis and a mounted extended compartment. The air flow was downward vertically in the operating area which was caused by micro positive pressure, leakproof structure, laminar hood on the top of the compartment as well as the return air outlets at the frontier and posterior wallboards. Results The velocity and temperature fields in the vehicle were analyzed with CFD software,and laminar flow technology ensured the air flow in the operating area to make the inner micro environment meet the desired requirements. Conclusion Laminar flow technology increases the cleanness of the highly purified surgical vehicle, and can improve the cleanliness for higher level operation.
