摘　　要：目的 :设计一台妇产科诊疗车,以满足应急救援条件下妇产科的救援需求。方法 :以妇产科诊疗车功能定位为依据,采用二类汽车底盘或厢式改装,车厢为5 m固定大板车厢结构,车内配备妇产科诊疗设备设施,开展人流物流设计、布局设计,并对设计方案进行综合分析,检验设计方案是否合理可行。结果:该车具有功能齐全、使用方便、操作简单等优点,预期性能指标满足设计要求。结论:该车可以作为应急救援医院专科治疗的有益补充,对移动健康医疗装备发展具有重要的意义,具有较好的应用前景。Objective To design a diagnosis and treatment vehicle of obstetrics and gynecology to fulfill the emergency rescue requirements. Methods The functions of the vehicle were analyzed, and the vehicle was developed with secondary chassis and 5 m compartments, which was equipped with obstetrics and gynecology devices. The design was carried out on person flow, materials flow and layout, and then was assessed for its feasibility. Results The vehicle behaved well in function,convenience, operation and etc, and fulfilled the desired requirement. Conclusion The vehicle can be complementary for the specialized treatment in the emergency hospital, and is of significance for the development of mobile medical equipment.
