摘　　要：目的:探讨塞拉利昂埃博拉患者留观与治疗中心的卫生装备应用实践。方法:基于埃博拉疫情分析,对卫生装备的需求进行讨论,结合从装备选型、筹备到运输、使用的具体援外任务实践情况,为科学处置类似烈性传染病疫情积累经验。结果:提出了我军在卫生装备发展和援外医疗任务方面所存在的问题。结论:我军在装备与物资的信息化保障、援外卫生装备基本配置标准、生防装备发展和装备保障人员定位等方面有较大改进空间。Objective To study the application of medical equipment in Ebola holding and treatment center in Sierra Leone.Methods The characteristics of Ebola epidemic and its requirements on medical equipment were analyzed, and the response to fulminating infectious diseases were explored from the aspects of equipment selection, arrangement, transport and practical application. Results The problems of the PLA were pointed out in medical equipment and foreign aid missions. Conclusion The PLA has to be improved in informatized equipment and materials support, medical equipment allocation in foreign aid missions, development of bio-protective equipment, personnel arrangement of equipment support and etc.
