摘　　要：目的:验证医院医学影像设备维护管理改进措施对提高诊疗效率、提升经济效益的积极意义。方法:以医院医学影像设备为研究对象,针对前期维护管理工作的不足之处制定改进措施并于2015年推行实施。收集2015年各医学影像设备的运行状况、维修情况和收支信息,分别与2014年各项数据进行比较,验证改进措施的实施对仪器工作状态和经济效益的影响。结果:2014和2015年各台影像设备的月开机小时数基本持平(P>0.05),但2015年的月检查/治疗人数和阳性结果检出次数都较2014年呈现明显增长(P<0.05),而检查阳性率与2014年数值相近(P>0.05);2015年影像设备的故障次数和因故障造成的停机天数均较2014年减少,修理速度也大幅提升。管理改进后单台设备的月收入均比2014年显著增长(P<0.05),而设备支出未见明显增多,实际利润有效提升(P<0.05),利润率与之前持平(P>0.05)。结论:维护管理工作改进不仅提高了医院诊疗效率,降低了设备故障风险,还提升了仪器经济效益。Objective To verify the positive significance of the improvement measures of medical imaging equipment maintenance management on the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment. Methods Some improving measures were proposed for medical equipment maintenance management and then executed in 2015. The data on the operating status, maintenance and budget in 2015 were compared with those in 2014 in order to determine the efficacy of the measures on the equipment and economic benefit. Results There was no significant difference between the operating hours of the equipment in 2014 and2015（P〉0.05）, while the numbers of the examined patients and positive results in 2015 were higher than those in 2014（P〈0.05）. The rate of the positive results in 2015 was similar to that in 2014（P〉0.05）. The failure number and failure shutdown number in 2015 were lower than those in 2014, while the velocity for repair was enhanced greatly. The monthly income and actual profit of single equipment were increased obviously（P〈0.05）, and the expenditure and profit rate in 2015 were not significantly different from those in 2014（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The improving measures for maintenance management contribute to enhancing hospital medical diagnosis and treatment, decreasing the risks for equipment failure and increasing equipment economic benefit.
