摘　　要：【目的/意义】力求为提升移动图书馆交互质量提供借鉴。【方法/过程】通过文献研究,界定了移动图书馆交互质量的内涵,再结合小组讨论和专家访谈,从交互内容、交互环境、交互平台、交互渠道和交互对象五个层面构建了移动图书馆交互质量影响因素的测度量表。选取南京大学、东南大学和江苏大学3所高校师生为调研对象进行问卷调查。【结果/结论】通过实证研究对调研结果进行了评估,验证了本文构建的移动图书馆交互质量影响因素的合理性、科学性。【Purpose/significance】It will be served as a reference for improving the quality of mobile library interaction.【Method/process】Through literature research, the paper defined the connotation of the mobile library interaction quality.Basing on the panel discussion and expert interview, the measure scale of mobile library interaction quality was built from 5aspects： interactive content, interactive environment, interaction platform, interactive channels and interacting objects. Theteachers and students of Nanjing University, Southeast University and Jiangsu University were selected as the research ob-ject of the questionnaire.【Result/conclusion】The research results were evaluated through empirical study, and verified theinteractive quality influencing factors we built in this paper are scientific and reasonable.
