摘  要:根据新疆矮化密植枣园地面特点,为提高红枣收获机的工作性能,利用Ansys有限元分析软件分析红枣收获机在平整地面匀速直线运动工况下和在地面不平整工况下机架应力、变形的大小及分布情况。结果表明:最大变形发生在机架顶部发动机的安装位置及纵梁上激振装置的安装位置,应力集中发生在前段纵梁、方管与方管的连接处,可根据所得数据校核机架强度。同时,对机架进行模态分析和谐响应分析,求解出机架的固有频率和振型,通过与外界激振频率对比分析及谐响应分析得出机架位移随频率变化的趋势,在频率为30Hz时,产生共振,求解得出30Hz处最大应力为804.35MPa、最大变形为15.312mm。由于最大应力大于机架材料的屈服极限,机架产生断裂,因此应对机架进行优化改进,使机架满足静载荷和激振载荷作用下的强度要求,保证矮化密植红枣收获机的安全、可靠。According to the characteristics of the ground of dwarf and close planting jujube yards, in order to improve the working performance of jujube harvester, the memoa wmcn usm8 au and distribution of the stress and deformation conditions of vehicle structure of jujube harvester under the conditions of u- niform linear motion on leveling the ground and uneven ground, the results of which show that Maximum deformation oc- curs the installation position of the engine on the top of vehicle structure and the installation position of the vibration de- vice on the girder, and the stress concentration occurs the front section of girder and the joint of square steel and square steel, on the basis of all the data checking for the strength of vehicle structure. At the same time, it does the model analy- sis and harmonic response analysis of the frame, for the sake of the inherent frequency and vibration mode of the stander, which compares to the external excitation frequency, and analyses the trend of the displacement change with frequency, then which comes to a conclusion that when the frequency arrives at 30Hz ,the frame generates resonance, the Maximum stress and Maximum deformation,respectively 840.57MPa and15. 958mm. Because of the Maximum stress being greater than the material yield limit, the vehicle structure comes into being fracture, therefore it must be optimized and improved with the purpose of satisfying the strength requirement under static load and vibration load and ensuring safe and reliable of dwarf and close planting jujube harvester.
