摘  要:稻田杂草对秧苗生长有很大影响,特别是稻田中的稗草,稗草与秧苗严重争夺生长资源,且为杂草的主要种类。稻田行间杂草去除机械较为成熟,株间及靠近秧苗附近杂草去除技术成为了研究的重点。为此,利用秧苗和稗草的生长初期不同的特点,设计了一种株间除草盘,该部件以稗草为主要去除对象兼顾其它杂草,并对其除草机理与除草轨迹进行研究。该部件采用旋转工作方式,在配套动力的带动下前进,除草盘在旋转的过程中深入泥土,将杂草"挑出"或"打掉",使之根部浮于在水面上或搅动泥土将杂草掩埋,从而完成稻田株间除草作业。Paddy weeds have a significant impact on the seedling growth, especially rice paddies barnyard grass, barn- yard grass and seedling growth of serious competition for resources, and for the main species of weeds. Between paddy row weed removal machinery is more mature, and close to the seedling plants among the weeds near the removal tech- nique has become the focus of the study. In this paper, barnyard grass seedlings and early growth stage different charac- teristics, the design of an inter-strain Mower, the member is removed barnyard grass as the main target into account oth- er weeds, and to study its mechanism and weeding trajectory. The member rotating work, driven by the auxiliary power forward, the Mower deep soil during rotation, the weeds, singled out or knock down, so that the roots of floating on the water or dirt will stir weed cover, thus completing the paddy strains between weeding job.
