摘 要:柔性壳在超短半径水平井中具有导向作用,其强度直接影响超短半径水平井的钻井成功率。由于柔性壳是开槽的细长形结构,选择整体模型进行有限元分析和室内仿真试验都具有一定的难度。建立了局部柔性壳三维接触非线性有限元模型,得到柔性壳在开槽部位的闭合顺序及与其相对应的压力,并对柔性壳进行室内压缩试验,将试验值和数值模拟结果进行对比,验证模型的合理性,并为超短半径水平井安全施工提供合理的参数。Flexible shell has a guiding role and its strength will directly affect the drilling success in ultra-short radius horizontal well.So the establishments of a reasonable simulation model become one of the key structures of simulation.Because of the flexible slender structure of shell is slotted,the whole model for finite element analysis and indoor simulation test has certain difficulty.So this paper established a part,three-dimensional,contact nonlinear finite element model of shell,and gets the order of closed slot and the corresponding pressure.The flexible shell indoor compression test will be established.The test values were compared with the results of numerical simulation,and verify the rationality of the model.The results provide reasonable parameters for ultra short radius horizontal well.
