摘 要:在国内青年旅舍迅速发展并呈现本土化特点的背景下,以拉萨平措康桑国际青年旅舍为例,选取中文热门旅行网站的网络点评为研究样本,使用质性研究方法,借助软件分析,挖掘西藏青年旅舍住宿体验与满意度的好评热点与差评热点。研究结果表明:青年旅舍的区位条件和互动空间是旅游者最满意的因素;基础服务和设施设备是旅游者最不满意的因素;且旅游者对青年旅舍的区位条件和价格因素最为关注。文章通过点度中心度的测量与分析,以期拓展旅游住宿和青年旅舍研究的内容,为地方青年旅舍的经营发展提供参考。In background of the rapid development and localization of youth hostels in China, this article explores the hotspots of positive and negative reviews on accommodation experience and satisfaction of youth hostels in Tibet, with Lhasa Phuntsok Khasang International Youth Hostel as the study case. Reviews collected from Chinese popular tourism websites are analyzed through qualitative research method and computer software. The results show that tourists are satisfied with location and interaction space of the youth hostel, but have some complaints about basic services, facilities and equipments. A Youth hostel's location and price are the toursits' major concern. Through degree centrality analysis, this article aims at expanding the scope of research on tourism accommodation and youth hostels, and providing reference for local youth hostels on their management and development.
