摘　　要：博士学位论文质量是研究生培养质量的直接体现.基于对福建农林大学4387份博士学位论文送审成绩和668篇学术论文发表情况进行数据对比分析.研究结果表明:以往学位论文评阅成绩存在虚高现象,但随着教育部博士学论文抽检、学校双盲评阅等制度的严格要求,评阅成绩平均优秀率有所回落.然而,根据毕业生所发表的与其学位论文相关的学术论文的质量来判断,学校博士学位论文培育质量有显著提高,并且受学校优秀博士学位论文培育基金支持的博士论文数量也显著增加.Doctoral dissertation quality is the direct embodiment of postgraduate training quality. We made a comparative analysis on the grades of 4387 Ph.D. thesis review and 668 published academic papers which were related to doctoral dissertations of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University from 2005 to 2016. The results indicate that the grades of thesis review used to be falsely high. However, with the advent of stricter policies on sampling inspection, doctoral dissertation review, and cultivation program for outstanding Ph.D., the grades of thesis review seems to be lowered and more reasonable. However, according to the quality of academic papers published by graduates and their dissertations, the quality of doctoral dissertations has been improved significantly. And the number of doctoral dis- sertations supported by the excellent doctoral dissertation training fund has also increased significantly.
