贫困地区电商扶贫研究——以贵州铜仁为例

摘　　要：铜仁电商扶贫从政策顶层设计到基层具体实践进行了富有成效的探索,但也受到思想观念、基础设施及专业人才等因素制约。铜仁电商扶贫深化升级的对策和路径在于进一步完善支撑体系建设,推进电商扶贫模式创新,着力打造特色电商产业园区,加强电商扶贫人才的开发与稳定等。这对贫困地区的扶贫减贫与全面小康战略具有积极的参考与借鉴意义。The electricity suppliers poverty alleviation in Tongren has taken an effective explore from the policy design to practical application in basic level, however, in the same time, its development has been restricted by various elements, such as different thoughts and perception, infrastructure and professionals. The feasible ways to upgrade for the electricity suppliers poverty alleviation of Tongren are completing the research system construction, innovating the electricity suppliers poverty alleviation mode, making characteristic e-business industrial parks, enhancing and maintaining relevant professionals. All of these make great contribution to overcome poverty in poor area, as well as the fully building a well-to - do society.
