槐杞黄颗粒治疗肾小球源性血尿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨槐杞黄颗粒对肾小球源性血尿的作用。方法选取2014年1月～2016年6月我院肾内科收治的肾小球源性血尿患者61例作为研究对象，将其随机分成治疗组31例与对照组30例。对照组观察随访，治疗组应用槐杞黄颗粒治疗。两组观察前及观察后1个月、2个月、3个月分别检测尿红细胞计数进行比较。结果对照组观察前后尿红细胞计数变化，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗组缓解率较观察组高，且治疗后尿红细胞计数均较治疗前减少（P〈0．05），未见药物不良反应发生。结论槐杞黄颗粒治疗肾小球源性血尿安全、有效。Objective To investigate the effect of huaiqihuang particles on glomerular hematuria. Methods 61 patients with glomerular hematuria were randomly divided into two groups,the control group only followed-up observation, the treatment group used huaiqihuang particles treatment.Both groups before observation and after 1,2,3 months respectively compared by measurement of red blood cell counts in urine.Results The red blood cell counts in urine of control group had no statistical significance before and after observation（P〉0.05）, the remission rate in the treatment group was higher than in the control group,red blood cell counts in urine were to reduced after treatment （P〈0.05）,without adverse drug reactions.Conclusion Huaiqihuang particles is safe and effective treatment of glomerular hematuria.
