摘  要:花生可以在剥壳后直接食用,也可以经深加工后制成各种产品,而剥壳是花生发挥其重要价值的必不可少的环节。目前,花生剥壳机的剥壳质量相对较低,花生仁的破碎率较高。为降低花生仁的损伤,本机器模仿手工剥壳原理,采用橡胶滚筒与橡胶凹板组成的间隙进行花生剥壳,滚筒与凹板之间的间隙可调,凹板的背面有可调节减震机构,从而完成花生的柔性剥壳。同时,该机对花生仁具有一定的尺寸分级功能,并可适应我国花生的众多品种。Peanut can be eaten directly after shelling, and can be made of a variety of products by deep processing. Pea- nut shelling is an essential part to play its important value. Currently, peanut shelling quality is relatively low, and the rate of broken peanut kernel is high. In order to reduce the damage to peanut kernel, the machine imitates the principle of shucking peanut by hand, uses the space between rubber roller and rubber concave plate to shuck, the space between rubber roller and rubber concave plate is adjustable, there is an adjustable damping mechanism on the back of the con- cave plate, thus peanut is shucked flexible. The machine has the function of size grading of peanut kernel, and can adapt to many varieties of Chinese peanut.
