摘  要:针对山东棉花产区的抗旱播种和免耕播种的种植条件,研制了采用≥66.2k W拖拉机提供动力的2MBJ-2型深松少耕棉花施肥覆膜播种机。该播种机采用深耕单轴旋耕犁、可控施肥装置、株距可调式仿形播种装置和一体化覆膜装置,可一次性完成耕整地、灭茬、定量施肥、平整地、精密播种、覆膜和膜上覆土等田间作业。在山东省利津农机专业合作社进行田间试验,结果表明:该播种机作业稳定性高,漏播率1.875%,重播率3.45%,株距合格率94.68%,播深合格率89.5%,作业效率0.53~0.8hm2/h,各项技术指标满足铺膜播种机行业标准的要求。For Shandong cotton-producing areas for drought sowing and planting no-till planting conditions, Developed 2MBJ-2 subsoiling tillage fertilizer coated cottoia planter, which needed more than or equal to 66.2kw tractor provides power. The seeding machine adopts deep single shaft rotary plow, controllable device for fertilization, plant spacing ad- justable copying seeding device and integration of the film coating device. Complete tillage, stubble, quantitative fertili- zation, flatly, precision seeding, film and film casing through one field work. Field test was carried out in Shandong Lijin agricultural cooperatives. The experiment showed that he high stability of the planter, leakage sowing rate 1. 875% , re- play rate of 3.45%, qualified spacing 94.68% rate, sowing depth qualified rate of 89.5%, operation efficiency of 0.53 8hm2/h, the technical indicators met the Paving Membrane planter industry standard requirements.
