摘 要:中耕是茶园管理作业过程中的一个重要环节,实现茶园机械化耕作管理,可提高茶叶生产效率与品质。国内茶园耕作长期处于传统作业状态,不能满足茶园管理需要,更不符合现代化农业要求,而国外部分茶叶生产国已经实现茶叶生产全程机械化作业。茶业是传统的劳动力密集型产业,时效性较强,而随着我国城镇化进程加快,农业劳动力资源急剧短缺,茶园用工难问题日益突出。茶园耕作机械短缺已严重制约了我国新型高效茶业的发展。为此,针对国内外茶园中耕机械进行了综述,分析了发展趋势,指出了存在的问题,并据此提出了解决方案。Cultivator is one of the most important parts of the tea garden management operation process, the realization of mechanized farming management can improve the production efficiency and quality of tea. Domestic tea garden farming, especially the cultivation operations, in the traditional operation state for a long time, can not meet the requirements of the management of tea, not conform to the requirements of the modern agriculture. Some foreign tea production countries has realized the modernization of the whole tea production. Tea industry is the traditional labor-intensive industries, and is strong of timeliness. However, with the rapid development of China's urbanization and dramatic shortage of agricultural labor resources, the problem, difficult employment in tea garden, is becoming more and more prominent. It is shortage of tea garden cultivation machinery that has seriously restricted the development of the new type of efficient tea industry in China. This paper reviewed the domestic and foreign tea cultivation machinery, analyzed the development trend, pointed out the problems about the domestic tea garden cultivation machinery, and accordingly proposed solutions.
