摘　　要：介绍了瑞士Polymetrix公司新开发的生产瓶级PET的EcoSphere技术。该技术将日益增长的节能需求与提高加工稳定性、产量和聚合物质量相结合。技术的主要特点是将熔融聚合与固相聚合连接在一起,同时又为独立操作留有余地,其低黏度转换可满足高质量的需求,且从熔融相回收能量还可减少能耗。EcoSphere技术可更经济地达到前所未有的在一套设备上实现超过100万t的生产规模。The latest technological developments in bottle grade virgin PET production were introduced by Polymetrix AG, Oberbiiren/Switzerland, with the EcoSphere technology. It integrates the raising demand for energy-saving processes with maximum process robustness, increased yield and optimal polymer quality. Key features of this technology are the link between melt phase and solid phase polymerization while still leaving the option for independent operation, the low transition viscosity to fulfill high quality demands, and the recovery of energy from the melt phase for reduced energy consumption. At the same time this technology allows new economy of scale levels to be reached with an unprecedented overall capacity of over I million tons in one installation.
