功能单体磷酸酯的制备及其在水性涂料中的应用

摘　　要：用五氧化二磷和甲基丙烯酸-β-羟丙酯做为原料制备合成了功能单体磷酸酯,并制备了高性能水性丙烯酸涂料,并与市售水性苯丙防锈底漆混拼制备了双组份涂料,通过对涂膜性能的测定,其附着力、表干时间等综合性能明显提高。Take hydroxypropyl -fl-methacrylate and phosphorus pentoxide as raw material to the preparation of the functional monomer phosphate, and high-performance water-based acrylic coating was prepared, and mix with commercially available water based styrene acrylic anti- rust primer, a two-component coating was prepared. Through the determination of the performance of the coating, its adhesion table, dry time improved obviously.
