摘 要:利用24个抗稻瘟病单基因系对103个稻瘟病菌株进行致病型研究,采用聚类法和主成分分析法,对抗感反应进行了相关性分析。结果表明,24个单基因系可划分成7个不同的抗病型,从24个单基因系中筛选出R BL1_C L(Pi1)、IRBLI_F5(Pii)、IR BL19_A(Pi19)、R BL5_M(Pi5)、IR BLZ T_T(Pizt)、IR BLB_B(Pib)、IR BL9_W(Pi9)等7个单基因系构成新的鉴别体系。103个菌株可分为40个致病类型,其中致病型N A 01占12.6%,N A 33占7.8%,N B01占9.7%,N C 01占11.7%,N D 01占12.6%,这5个致病型的菌株数占参试菌株的54.4%,属优势致病型,是对宁夏稻瘟病具有较好鉴别力的单基因鉴别寄主。Through cluster and principal component analysis, 24 monogenic lines with rice blast resistance were used to study the pathogenicity of 103 Pyricularia grisea in Ningxia. The results showed that the 24 monogenic lines were classified into 7pathogenic types. According to the resistant response of each monogenic line to the 24 pathogenic types,RBL1_CL(Pi1),IRBLI_F5(Pii), IRBL19_A(Pi19), RBL5_M(Pi5), IRBLZT_T(Pizt), IRBLB_B(Pib) and IRBL9_W(Pi9) were selected. 103 Pyricularia grisea were classified into 40 pathogenic types,which pathotypes NA01 of 12.6%,NA33 of 7.8%,NB01 of9.7%,NC01 of 11.7% and ND01 of 12.6% belonged the dominant pathogenic bacteria and accounted for 54.4%, that could be used for differentiating pathogenicity of pyricularia grisea in Ningxia province.
