摘 要:本文探索了枸杞根腐病病原菌的快速分离及培养方法。结果表明,为了保证在无杂菌、无污染前提下快速分离出枸杞根腐病病原菌,可选用新鲜病组织,先用75%酒精消毒10 m in,再用0.1%升汞消毒10 m in,以PD A为培养基,28℃恒温培养,培养成功率高。Fast separation and cultural method of pathogenic bacteria of wolfberry root rot were discussed in this paper. The results showed that in order to get fast separation of pathogenic bacteria of wolfberry root rot without infectious microbe and contamination, fresh diseased tissues could be used. Disinfect for 10 minutes with 75% ethyl alcohol content and another 10 minutes with 0.1% mercury, then cultivate under 28 ℃ with PDA as medium. Though this way can people have the highest successful cultivation rate.
