4%硼酸酒精氯霉素滴耳液耳浴加微波照射治疗弥漫性外耳道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 分析4%硼酸酒精氯霉素滴耳液耳浴加微波照射治疗弥漫性外耳道炎的疗效。方法 选取2013年4月～12月我院收治的慢性外耳道炎患者60例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例。对照组给予皮炎平软膏治疗，观察组给予4%硼酸酒精氯霉素滴耳液耳浴加微波照射治疗，并观察两组患者耳痛消失、外耳道肿胀消退、疗程、疗效等情况。结果 观察组和对照组治愈率分别为95%、60%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 4%硼酸酒精氯霉素滴耳液耳浴加微波照射治疗弥漫性外耳道炎，疗程短，疗效显著，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。Objective Clinical efficacy of the treatment of otitis externa diffusa by comparing the values of 4% boric acid alcohol ear drops chloramphenicol ear bath and microwave irradiation. Methods In April 2013 to December, 60 cases of chronic otitis external otitis were selected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received piyanping ointment treatment, the observation group was given 4% alcohol Chloramphenicol Ear Drops boric acid ear bath and microwave irradiation, and the two groups were observed in patients with earache disappeared, ear canal swelling, treatment, curative effect etc.Results The observation group and the control group cure rate were 95% and 60%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） Conclusion 4% boric acid alcohol ear drops chloramphenicol ear bath and microwave irradiation treatment of diffuse external otitis, short course of treatment, curative effect, high safety, worthy of clinical popularization.
