摘　　要：文章通过阐述海绵城市建设理念,结合国内外关于海绵城市、绿色基础设施及雨洪管理等方面的经验与启示,根据昆明市实际情况,对其建设海绵城市的相关问题进行探讨,为十三五期间实现昆明市良性水文循环,加快海绵城市和生态文明建设做出科学指导。Through the concept of sponge city construction, based on the experience and Inspiration of sponge city, green infrastructure and stormwater management at home and abroad, according to the actual situation of Kunming, this paper discusses the problems of sponge city construction to provide scientific guidance for realizing the benign hydrological cycle, speeding up the construction of sponge city and ecological civilization construction of Kunming in the 13 th Five-Year period.
