摘 要:在油气钻探作业中,科学合理地选择螺杆钻具可以充分发挥螺杆钻具的优势,提高钻井效率。从螺杆本体尺寸、弯度、稳定器结构、定转子头数比以及耐温性能等5个方面,详细讨论了螺杆钻具的选择方法。指出应根据钻井液设计排量确定对应的螺杆钻具尺寸,同时根据所钻定向井的设计造斜率确定螺杆本体弯度;螺杆本体稳定器的大小和形状需根据定向井轨迹控制的要求选择,定、转子头数比应根据对扭矩和转速的要求来选择。建议根据作业井井下温度范围合理选择常温螺杆钻具和高温螺杆钻具。讨论结果可为螺杆钻具的现场应用提供理论指导。In the oil and gas drilling operation, the scientific and rational selection of PDM could give full play to the advantages of PDM and improve drilling efficiency. The selection method of the PDM in field work has been discussed in detail from live aspects like the size of the PDM body, the bend angle, the stabilizer structure, the ratio of stator to rotor and the temperature resistance. It is pointed out that the size of the PDM should be deter-mined according to the designed displacement of the drilling fluid. The PDM bend angle should be determined ac-cording to the designed dogleg of the directional well. The size and shape ol the PDM body stabilizer should be se-lected according to the requirements of directional well trajectory control. The ratio of stator to rotor should be cho-sen based on the torque and speed requirements. The normal temperature and the high temperature PDM should be determined according to the temperature range of the operating well. The analysis results could provide theoretical guidance for the field application of PDM.
