摘 要:为了研究水下采油树复合电液控制系统的性能,以宝鸡石油机械有限责任公司研发的1 500 m水深卧式采油树为研究对象,采用AMESim软件建立了换向阀的仿真模型,在极限工况下分析了采油树闸阀启闭、系统稳定性和控制系统紧急关断特性。分析结果表明:该复合电液控制系统单个闸阀启闭时间以及启闭过程中系统的稳定性均满足API标准要求,连续开启2个5 in闸阀的间隔时间应不小于12 min;可通过提高换向阀的复位压差来实现液压控制系统紧急关断工况下的快速复位。所得结论可为卧式采油树的设计和优化提供参考。To study the performance of the multiplex electro-hydraulic control system for subsea X-tree, tak-ing the 1 500 m water depth horizontal X-tree developed by Baoji Oilfield Machinery Co., Ltd. as the research ob-ject ,the simulation model of the gate valve was established using AMESim software to analyze the characteristic of open and close of gate valve, the stability of the system and the emergency shut-off of the control system under the extreme conditions. The results show that the opening and closing time of a single gate valve and the stability of the multiplex electro-hydraulic control system in the process of opening and closing are all in accordance with the API standard. The interval between opening the two 5 in gate valves should be no less than 12 min. Fast reset of the hy-draulic control system under emergency shutdown condition could be achieved by increasing the reset pressure of the gate valve. The conclusions could provide references for the design and optimization of horizontal X-tree.
