摘 要:高含水稠油采出液使水处理工作量不断增大,传统水处理设备对于稠油预分离效率低,这导致油田生产成本急剧增长。为此,开发了导叶型轴向入口式分离器。对导叶型轴向入口式分离器内高含水稠油两相湍流进行数值模拟,得到了水力旋流器内两相流场的速度分布和压力分布特征,并且研究了稠油黏度对分离性能的影响。研究结果表明:当稠油黏度由50 mPa·s增长到750 mPa·s时,分离效率降低7.51%,降幅为8.40%,压降损失仅增长0.064 MPa。导叶型轴向入口式分离器对于黏度的敏感度很小,适用范围更广,对于稠油的地面集输工程具有重要意义。The high water-cut heavy oil increases the water treatment work load, and the traditional water treatment equipment has low efficiency ol pre-separation ol heavy oil, which leads to the rapid increase of oilfield production cost. In view of this, the guide vane type axial entrance hydrocyclone has been developed. The two- phase turbulence flow of the high water cut heavy oil in the new developed hydrocyclone has been numerically simu-lated. The velocity distribution and pressure distribution of the two-phase flow field in the hydrocyclonehave been attained. The effect of heavy oil viscidity on the separation performance has been studied. It was found that when the viscosity of heavy oil increased from 50 mPa · s to 750 mPa · s, the separation efficiency decreased 7. 51% with the reduction rate of 8. 40%, and the pressure loss increased by only 0. 064 MPa. The guide vane type axial entrance hydrocyclone has very low sensitivity on the viscosity and presenting a wider range of applications, which is of great importance for the ground gathering and transportation of heavy oil.
