摘 要:本研究旨在分析大学生领悟社会支持与体育锻炼态度现状及其相关性与因果关系。在此基础上,探讨大学生领悟社会支持对其体育锻炼态度的预测效果,为当代大学生端正体育学习态度、增强体质提供支持。通过对475名大学生进行的调查结果分析发现:(1)大学生领悟社会支持与体育锻炼态度总得分均处于中等水平,不同性别,不同年级的学生对领悟社会支持与体育锻炼态度各个维度有不同程度的影响;(2)大学生领悟社会支持与体育锻炼态度中存在显著正相关;(3)朋友支持能够有效预测行为认知和情感体验。The purpose of this study is to understand the status of college students5 perceived social support and physical exercise attitude, the correlation and causality. Based on this, we explore the predicted effect of college students' perceived social support and physical exercise attitude, in order to offer the supports to correct the college students' attitude of sports learning and improve their fitness. This study used a questionnaire survey to investigate 475 college students. The study found:(1) the college students5 perceived social support and physical exercise attitude at a moderate level.(2) Students in different genders and different grades have different effects on perceived social support and physical exercise attitude. Perceived social support has a significant positive correlation on physical exercise attitude. (3) Friend support can predict the behavior cognition and emotional experience.
