摘 要:综述了快速电磁操动机构的本体结构与励磁控制方案,分析了不同结构的工作原理与操动性能;总结了快速电磁操动机构的应用方向,阐明在快速电磁操动机构的应用中结合其他类型开关,引入先进技术的重要性;最后结合低压控制与保护技术发展方向,提出一种适用于低压电器的快速电磁操动机构,并分析了其可行性,为快速电磁机构在低压电器中的应用提供了新的思路。Firstly, the body structures and excitation control strategies of fast electromagnetic operating mechanism were summarized, and then the operating principle and operating performances of different structures were analyzed, which would contribute to the design of electromagnetic operating mechanism. Secondly, the application directions of fast electromagnetic operating mechanism were summed up, which illuminated the importance of combination with other types of switches and advanced technologies. Finally, combined with the development direction of low-voltage control and protection technology, an applying type of fast electromagnetic operating mechanism was proposed, and the feasibility was analyzed, which provided a new idea for the application of fast electromagnetic operating mechanism in low-voltage apparatus.
