摘 要:通过对TC21钛合金大规格棒材采用3种不同镦饼方案,经相同工艺热处理后,所得组织、力学性能进行对比分析,结果表明,3种镦饼方案所得显微组织分别为典型的网篮组织、等轴组织和魏氏组织。对3种方案所获得材料分别取样做力学性能对比测试发现,方案三所获得的断裂韧性最好,方案二所获得的强度指标最高,方案一和方案二所获得的塑性指标较好。Based on three different upsetting schemes, the paper presented comparative analysis of microstructure and mechanical properties of large-size TC21 titanium alloy bar after the same heat treatment regime; the results showed that typical basket-weave,equiaxed and Widmannstatten structures were obtained with the three schemes,respectively. Comparison of mechanical properties was carried out on the samplings which were taken from materials generated by the three schemes; the results showed that Scheme 3 had the best fracture toughness,Scheme 2 the highest strength index,Scheme 1 and Scheme 3better plasticity index.
