高等教育统计中增加“图书馆员”统计指标的考量

摘  要:高等教育统计工作具有国家层面的权威性,能够客观地反映学校的办学实力和水平。高等教育统计中涉及图书馆的单独统计指标仅有建筑面积、藏书数量和数字资源量,对图书馆员的统计则隐含在教辅人员之中。由于图书馆组织系统拥有场地资源、信息资源、人力资源三个必要构件,因此在高等教育统计中增加"图书馆员"统计指标有着十分重要意义,"图书馆员"统计指标具有非常强的可操作性。The work of advanced educational statistics has the authority on the national level, which can reflect the strength and level of the university running objectively. Advanced educational statistics which are related to the separated statistical indicator of library only includes building area, the number of book collections and the amount of the digital resources. The statistics of librarian is implicit in that of the teaching auxiliary staff. Because the library organizational system has three essential components, including field resources, information resources and human resources, it is of great importance for adding the statistical indicator of librarian to the advanced educational statistics, and the statistical indicator of librarian has great feasibilities.
