摘　　要：论文主要采用统计分析法和比较分析法,分析了美国TOP25公共图书馆规划文本的形式、体例和内容,认为我国大型城市公共图书馆面对挑战应重视规划作用,科学有效地编制规划,并把它作为图书馆营销的重要手段。Mainly using statistical analysis method and comparative analysis, and based on the analysis the form, style and content of the American TOP25 public libraries’ planning text, this paper suggests that the large urban public libraries in China should attach importance to the planning to cope with the challenge, make the plan scientifically and effectively, and take it as an important method of the library marketing.
