比索洛尔对舒张压控制不佳的高血压患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨比索洛尔对应用厄贝沙坦仍舒张压控制不佳的中青年高血压患者的疗效。方法将应用厄贝沙坦后舒张压仍控制不佳的原发性中青年高血压患者随机分为氨氯地平组(n=60)和比索洛尔组(n=60),分别给予厄贝沙坦+氨氯地平片或厄贝沙坦+比索洛尔治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗1个月后血压、心率和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1个月后,两组收缩压无统计学差异(P>0.05),均有效控制。比索洛尔组较氨氯地平组舒张压更低(P<0.05),且降低舒张压的总有效率更高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论比索洛尔可有效控制中青年高血压患者舒张压。Objective To explore the curative effects of bisoprolol on poor control of diastolic blood pressure after application of irbesartan to young and middle aged patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 120 young and middle aged patients withprimary hypertension to ＂which irbesartan ＂was applied but still controlled poorly the diastolic blood pressure were divided randomly into amlodipine group （n =60） and bisoprolol group （n =60）, and received treatment with irbesartan ＋ amlodipine and irbesartan ＋ bisoprolol, respectively. The blood pressure, heart rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and afterthe treatment for one month. Results After one month＇s treatment, the systolic blood pressures in both groups were controlled effectively and there was no significant difference betw-een the tw-o groups （P 〉 0.05）. The diastolic blood pressures in the bisoprolol group were much lower than those in the amlodipine group （P 〈 0.05）, while the total effective rate of reduction of diastolic blood pressure was much higher （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Bisoprolol can effectively control diastolic blood pressure in young and middle aged patients with hypertension.
