摘　　要：文中针对某有源相控阵天线中T/R组件和电源组件散热条件差的特点,采用CAD软件建立散热模型,运用FLOEFD热设计软件对这些器件进行了水冷散热分析,分析结果满足了设计要求。这大大缩短了设计周期,降低了研制成本。According to the poor heat dissipation condition of T/R module and power in active phased array antenna, CAD software is used to establish thermal model, FLOEFD software is used in water-cooling thermal analysis of those components. The design requirement is realized. This has shortened the design cycle greatly and reduced enormously developing cost.
