摘  要:为解决水下安装支架的防腐防污问题,从材料选择与腐蚀敏感性分析、保护涂层设计、电化学设计3个方面综合进行了设计,以得到更好的防腐防污性能。结合对多种材料的耐腐蚀能力和经济性的对比,选择316L不锈钢作为该水下安装支架的材料。针对316L不锈钢设计了3层保护涂层,并进行相应的对比挂片海上试验;针对安装支架结构特点,设计了阴极保护方案,并进行电化学仿真及试验验证。试验表明,在采取了保护涂层及电化学防护的设计后,以316L不锈钢为基材制造的支架得到了较好的保护,可满足其水下长期使用的要求。In order to imporove the properties of corrosion resistance and antifouling for underwater mounting bracks,the design integrated the corrosive action analysis,the protecting-coat analysis and the electrochemistry analysis of different materials. Combining the anti-corrosive property of the material with the economical property of different materials,316 L stainless steel was chosen to be the material of the underwater mounting bracket. A threelayer coating was designed for the 316 L stainless steel,and the coated samples of different materials were tested in the sea. According to the characteristics of the mounting bracket structure,a cathodic protection scheme was devised,then on this basis the electrochemical simulation and test were carried out. The tests show that coated and cathode-protected 316 L stainless steel mounting bracket can be well protected,which meets the requirement of use in a long-term.
