摘 要:随着注汽锅炉容量大型化、注汽半径及注汽管道管径的不断增大,传统的保温材料已不能达到相应的保温效果。为减少热损失,提高蒸汽品质,需要试验新型保温材料并对其进行节能改造。本文结合新疆油田对气凝胶的系列试验来进行不同材料的保温效果分析从而优选保温材料,同时对保温结构厚度进行计算并根据现场数据对气凝胶保温结果进行验证,经实验证明气凝胶复合保温结构在技术上可行且保温效果显著。As the capacity of steam-injection boiler,the steam-injection radius and the pipe diameter are becoming larger and larger,the traditional heat preservation material cannot get the corresponding insulation effect. It is necessary to test a new heat insulating material for energy saving,so as to reduce heat loss and improve quality of steam. In this paper,a series of experiments of aerogel were conducted with different materials,so as to optimize heat preservation material and calculate the insulation thickness,verifying the heat insulation effect of aerogel.The results show that the composite insulation of aerogel is technically feasible and its heat preservation effect is remarkable.
