摘　　要：继承常用压板结构简单的优点,依据对常用压板在夹紧工件时存在问题的分析,设计一种Z字形结构的移动式压板,说明了移动式压板的应用方法与工作原理。实践证明:采用该移动式压板,可以提高工件夹紧的可靠性,避免产生干涉问题,具有推广应用价值。Inheriting the advantages of simple structure of common clamp plate, based on analysis about the problems when com-mon pressure plate was used to clamp workpiece, a mobile clamp plate with Z-shaped structure was designed, and its application method and working principle were explained. Practice has proved that the mobile clamp plate can improve the clamping reliability of workpiece, avoid interference problem, and it has popularization value.
