摘  要:工程应用中接触界面法向刚度的检测一般采用超声法和图像法,但是采用不同检测方法对结果的影响并未深入研究。设计并搭建了一套能同时进行接触界面法向刚度超声和图像测量的实验平台,实验结果表明图像法检测刚度结果低于超声法,更接近于仿真结果。从实验原理上分析了不同检测方法对结果的影响,更深入地分析了接触界面测量机理,为工程应用中结合实际工况选用合适的检测方法提供参考。The contact interface normal stiffnesses are generally measured with the ultrasonic and image methods in engineering application,but the effects of different detection methods on the results are not studied deeply. Here,test platforms were designed and built to measure contact interface normal stiffnesses with ultrasonic and image simultaneously.The experimental results showed that the stiffness measured results with the image method are lower than those with the ultrasonic method,the former is more close to the finite element simulation results. Furthermore,the effects of the two detection methods on the results were analyzed. The study results provided a reference for selecting an appropriate detection method in engineering application.
