摘　　要：以铝掺杂Plugged-SBA-15介孔固体酸为催化剂,四氢呋喃和乙酸酐为原料合成了聚四亚甲基醚二醇乙酸酯(MEA)。考察了聚合反应条件对反应收率、相对分子质量的影响以及催化剂的稳定性。结果表明,在催化剂20g、V(四氢呋喃)∶V(乙酸酐)=100∶5、原料40cm^3、反应温度40℃、反应时间6h的条件下,MEA收率约50%,相对分子质量1 580~1 780;重复使用11次,收率稳定保持在45%,是一种理想的四氢呋喃聚合催化剂。Al-doped Plugged-SBA-15 as solid-acid catalyst was effective in the synthesis of polytetramethylene ether glycol acetate by the polymerization of tetrahydrofuran in the presence of acetic anhydride.Moreover,the influence of polymerization reaction conditions on the yield and molecular weight of polymer and the stability of catalyst was investigated.The experimental results showed that the yield was 50%,the molecular weight of polymer varied from 1 580 to 1 780.The yield of polymer kept about 45% despite a slight decrease in the catalytic activity after 11recycles;the Al-doped Plugged-SBA-15 catalyst was an ideal catalyst for the polymerization reaction of THF.
