摘 要:神华宁煤集团甲醇厂的Texaco全废锅流程气化装置是国内首套煤化工节能示范装置,在该装置运行的9年时间里,通过一系列技术手段解决了辐射废锅结渣、对流废锅出口温度高等影响装置稳定运行的关键问题,但在系统运行过程中,仍会出现气化炉死区超温的情况,影响装置的长周期运行。就该废锅流程气化炉死区温度上涨的原因进行探讨,分析主要是由于高温工艺气反串导致,从保护气压力、膨胀节、密封板和水冷壁鳍板的角度对原因进行了分析,同时,根据多年的运行经验提出了合理的处理措施,提高了装置的运行水平。Texaco waste boiler process gasifier device in methanol plant of Shenhua ningxia coal group is the first coal chemical energy-saving demonstration device.In 9years of the device operation,through a series of technical means,key issues that affect stable operation of the device such as radiation waste boiler slagging,high temperature in convection waste boiler outlet are solved.But in the process of system operation,the over-temperature in dead zone of gasifier could appear,reducing long-term operation of the device.In this paper,the reason of temperature rise in dead zone of waste boiler gasifier are discussed,which is mainly due to gas flow in high temperature process,and the reasons are analyzed from aspects of protective gas pressure,expansion joint,sealing plate and water cooling fin plate.According to the operation experience of many years and the reasonable treatment measures are put forward to improve the operation level of the device.
