胎膜早破妊娠结局的临床分析

摘　　要：目的对胎膜早破妊娠最终结局的影响进行研究和分析。方法选取2014年1月～2015年7月在我院进行治疗的胎膜早破患者106例的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并且与同期正常产妇的相关临床资料进行对比分析。对两组产妇最终胎儿窘迫、早产、新生儿肺炎、产褥感染、产后出血及剖宫产发生率进行对比和分析，从而更好的总结胎膜早破对妊娠结局的影响。结果与正常产妇相比胎膜早破对于胎儿窘迫、早产、新生儿肺炎、产褥感染、产后出血及剖宫产的发生率均明显更高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论胎膜早破会在很大程度上影响母婴的生命安全，在临床上应该积极进行相关宣传，并且加强对于妊娠期妇女的围生期检查及保健，采用相关的措施进行胎膜旱破的防治，对于更好的保障母婴的健康具有积极意义。Objective To study and analyze the effect of premature rupture of membranes on the final outcome of pregnancy. Methods Selected clinical data of January 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital for treatment of patients with premature rupture of membranes in 106 cases were analyzed retrospectively, and the clinical data with the same period of normal pregnancy were analyzed in two groups of maternal fetal distress, premature birth, final neonatal pneumonia, puerperal infection, postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section rate were compared summary and analysis, in order to better effect of premature rupture of fetal membranes on pregnancy outcome. Results Compared with the normal maternal premature rupture of the fetal distress, premature birth, neonatal pneumonia, puerperal infection and postpartum hemorrhage, the incidence of cesarean section were significantly higher, statistically significant differences between them （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Will affect the safety of mothers and their infants to a great extent, premature rupture of membranes, the clinical should actively carry out relevant propaganda, and strengthening for pregnant women and perinatal health examination, the relevant measures for prevention of premature rupture of membranes, which is of positive significance for the better protection of maternal and infant health.
