大隐静脉曲张术后采用阿司匹林联合低分子肝素预防深静脉血栓形成的临床观察

摘　　要：目的对阿司匹林联合低分子肝素应用与大隐静脉曲张术后深静脉血栓预防的效果进行探讨。方法择取我院2015年6月至2016年6月接收的实施大隐静脉曲张术的患者66例作为研究对象,按数字奇偶法分为2组,每组33例,对照组给予低分子肝素进行预防,实验组在对照组的基础上再给予阿司匹林进行预防,观察两组患者深静脉血栓发生率以及APTT、PT、TT数据变化情况。结果实验组患者深静脉血栓发生率为3.03%,显著低于对照组的18.18%,组间数据差异显著,具有统计学意义(p<0.05);两组患者治疗前APTT、TT、PT等比较均无统计学差异(p>0.05),治疗后实验组患者APTT、TT、PT等均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论对大隐静脉曲张术患者给予低分子肝素与阿司匹林,临床疗效显著,可明显降低深静脉血栓发生率,值得临床推广。Objective the effect of deep vein thrombosis of aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin with great sa- phenous vein varices postoperative were discussed. Methods in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 received the implementation of great saphenous varicose vein surgery in 66 patients as the research object, according to the number of parity were divided into 2 groups, 33 cases in each group, the control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin for prevention, the experimental group on the basis of the control group given aspirin prophylaxis, observe two groups of patients the incidence of deep venous thrombo- sis, APTT, PT, TT data changes. Results the experimental group of patients with deep vein thrombosis rate was 3.03%, signifi- cantly lower than the control group 18.18%, the data differences between groups were statistically significant （ P〈 0.05） ; the two groups of patients before treatment, APTT, TT and PT were no statistically significant difference （P〉0. 05）, the experimental group after treatment APTr, Tr and PT were significantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05） . Conclusion low molecular weight heparin and aspirin on patients with varicose vein, clinical curative effect, can significantly re- duce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis, is worthy of promotion.
