摘  要:地铁作为重大的民生工程,时间紧、任务重、技术难度大,常需在闹市区进行施工,紧邻建筑物,甚至穿越建筑物的情况时有发生。地铁基坑工程是一项繁复的岩土工程,施工影响因素和风险性都相对较高。以深圳地铁6号线南庄站为例,对基坑工程施工导致周边建筑物沉降原因及处理措施进行探讨。The metro as a major livelihood projects,construction time schedule is tight,the task is heavy,and technology is very difficult,so it often needs to be built in the downtown area,close to buildings,or even passing through the building when the situation occurs.Metro foundation pit excavation is very complicated geotechnical engineering works,having relatively high influence factors and risk.The paper takes the Nanzhuang station of Shenzhen metro line 6 as an example,discussing the causes and treatment measures of foundation pit engineering construction causing the settlement of surrounding buildings.
