摘　　要：互联网时代大学生思想政治理论课存在的问题和发展的新趋势,要求创建"互联网+思想政治理论课"的线上线下一体化教学新模式。新模式要求在指导思想和基本原则方面符合中央精神和教育规律,构建课前网上学习、课中主题研讨和课后社会实践的教学体系以及适应该教学体系的全新评价标准和资源共享平台。基于线上线下一体化教学模式在政策、学生实践和教师能力等方面存在的风险,必须构建多元实践育人机制、教师生涯发展机制和片区协同创新机制。The problems and new trends of the ideological and political theory courses in the Internet era,require the construction of new teaching mode of online and offline integration of ＂Internet plus Ideological and Political Theory Courses＂. The new teaching mode must be in accordance with CPC＇s spirit and the law of education,in which the teaching system consisting of pre-class online learning,subject discussion in class,and after-class solial practice,and the corresponding new evaluation standard and resource sharing platform should be established. Based on the risks existing in the policy,student practice and teacher＇s ability in the teaching mode of online and offline integration,the multi-practice education mechanism,teacher career development mechanism and regional collaborative innovation mechanism should be constructed.
