摘　　要：[目的/意义]探究国内外高校开展科研数据管理服务实践的主要构成要素,从而为国内高校开展类似服务提供有效的建议。[方法/过程]在总结分析科研数据管理内涵的前提下,论述高校开展科研数据管理的特征;通过梳理国内外高校开展科研数据管理的众多案例,总结出高校科研数据管理实践的几大要素:政策制定、基础设施、服务、利益相关者和资金模式。[结果/结论]根据这些实践要素和国内高校开展科研数据管理服务的现状,提出具体的建议措施。[ Purpose/significance ] The aim of this paper is to provide specific advice for universities in China to carry out research data management service by exploring the elements of scientific data management praetice abroad. [Method/process] On the basis of the introduction of the concept of scientific data management,the article introduces the characteristics of scientific data management in university. After reviewing the successful cases of research data management in foreign universities, it summarizes the elements of scientific data management practice in university, including the policy development, infrastructure, serviee items, stakeholders and funding model. [ Result/conclusion] Finally, on the basis of the elements of research data management practice and the current situation of research data management service development in China, the article proposes specific advice and measures on how to implement scientific data management service.
