水平定向千米钻机在高河煤矿瓦斯抽放上的应用

摘　　要：随着矿井采掘活动的延伸,煤层瓦斯含量与压力增高,瓦斯事故频发,严重制约了煤矿生产。由于常规钻机钻进能力小,钻进距离近,预抽期较短造成了矿井瓦斯抽采不能满足矿井的生产衔接需要,矿井抽、掘、采比例失调。为解决瓦斯制约高效生产的安全难题,高河能源公司引进澳大利亚威利朗沃公司VLD-1000钻机、中煤科工集团重庆研究院ZYWL-6000D钻机、中煤科工集团西安研究院ZDY6000LD钻机、沈阳北方交通重工集团ZDY3500L(A)四家共计5台井下定向千米钻机在高河能源有限公司井下施工瓦斯抽采长钻孔。With the expending of mine extraction-development activity, mine production is heavily restricted by the rising of gas content in coal seam, gas transfinite and frequently happening of coal and gas outburst. Due to the low drilling capacity and short drilling distance and short pre-drainage period, conventional rigs cannot meet the need of mine production, and also cause the imbalance among the coal extraction and mining and gas drainage. To solve the tough problem that gas restricts high efficiency of production,our company successively introduced five rigs, they are VLD-1000 rigs from Valley longwall company in Australian, ZYWL-6000 D rig from Chong Qin academe and ZDY6000 LD rig from Xi'an academe, both of which belong to China Coal Technology and Engineering Group and ZDY3500L(A) rig from North Heavy Industry Group. These directional drilling rigs are being used for gas drainage in SHANXI GAOHE ENERGY Co.,LTD.
